Bought the propane tank and filled it. Turn on the gas, and the bubbles will help you pinpoint the problem. Make sure all your connections are tight, and spray the soap water on your connections & hoses. If the gas comes out of the inner membrane punctures in it and the regulator is dangerous and must be replaced. Connected the tank to the grill's regulator. I'm guessing the regulator has been set too low, just guessing though.

If its on the regulator, I'd call weber and ask them to replace.

If it persists, return the tank to where you got it and get another one, is probably defective. I wonder with the BBQ if there will be enough gas flow to run all 6 burners on. I only kept it on for a few seconds and turned it off to be safe.

The burners are just running as if on low when the knob is on high. You should also soapy water leak test after any long period of non-use, such as at the beginning of BBQ season.

If it's at the union of your hoses/tank, it's a good chance the valve is bad, exchange the tank.
